Executive Retreat is on the golf course, with 1/2 acre of beautifully landscaped trees and grass, a Spa, pool and Bar-B-Q area provides everything you need to relax and have fun after a full day playing in the Desert Sun.
The four beautifully decorated bedrooms provide sleeping accommodations for 8 to 10 people. Each bedroom has a 37' flat screen TV with Direct TV and the complete compliment of movie channels (HBO, MAX, STARZ, etc) along with a Blu-Ray Disc player. The Master Bedroom's California King Bed has a NightAir mattress completely adjustable on both sides to provide the support most comfortable to both sleepers. The spacious Master Bath has a large Jacuzzi tub and separate dual head shower as well as his and her sinks.
The second bedroom is furbished in Victorian style furniture and a queen sized bed. There is a separate half bath right next to the bedroom.
The third bedroom is upstairs, and furnished with two twin XL beds which can be arranged as either two single beds or placed together to make a single king sized bed. Simply tell us how you would like it arranged, and it will be ready on your arrival.
The fourth bedroom, again upstairs, is a loft type with a queen bed sits above the large family room.
The fith bedroom, also upstairs, has a beautiful Eastern King Bed.
Between the 3rd and 4th bedrooms is a large full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, and his and her sinks on opposite sides of the bathroom
What Executive Retreat would be complete without a library? Just off the entry way, the library provides complete computer support from the beautiful oak roll top desk. The house provides wireless internet support in the main living area, which can be accessed from the desktop computer system there for your use. The computer offers Microsoft's office suite so that you can stay in touch with your work, even while you enjoy the desert fun. The library, also, includes a wireless color laser printer, fax, copier (Brother MFC-9325CW) which you can access wirelessly either from the provided computer or from your own laptop if you prefer. With two large bookshelves and hundreds of books to choose from, there is plenty of literary adventure awaiting your stay.
The kitchen provides everything a chef would need to entertain. Simply add your own food and condiments and you’re ready to feed a large group or microwave a meal for one. The kitchen is furnished with a large oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, side by side refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom and an ice maker to keep up with your pool side refreshments. The dining room provides seating for 8 to 10 while the kitchen table is set for four.
No matter what your desert play includes, there is always the chance that you'll get dirty. The utility room provides large, front loading, side by side, washer and dryer. If you need to wash more than your cloths, there is a large utility sink there for your use. It can be a long walk from the upstairs bedrooms to the utility room, so we've provided a laundry chute in bedroom #5 which drops directly into the utility room!
After a hard day playing, you'll want to relax with the whole crew in the family room. There’s a wet bar area and 4 large stools to accommodate those desiring an adult beverage. For those wishing to watch a little TV, they will enjoy the large wrap around couch with reclining seats! The huge 60” flat screen TV will make your favorite shows even more enjoyable to watch. Want to play your own movies, the entertainment center includes a Blu-Ray disc player as well as the Direct TV receiver with the full complement of movie channels.
No Retreat would be complete without a game room. The game room provides a regulation sized pool table and a bar area for those interested in a beverage while they play. The beautiful leather couch and love seat give plenty of room to sit and watch the projection TV system, which like all of the other TVs is connected to Direct TV!
The pièce de résistance of the house is the back yard. Enjoy the heated spa to relax those sore muscles, or jump into the full sized pool to cool off after a hot day in the desert sun! There is a bathroom to change in and then shower when you're done in either the spa or pool outside, just off the pool area. Looking for a quiet area to relax? Try the bubbling stream and pond at the back of the property. Sit under the cool shade of the large trees and listen to the water while you read a book. Or, if you’re ready to party at the BBQ grill, cook up some burgers and dogs while the crew chats with you from the bar stools on the far side of the grill. The Bar-B-Q area provides a small refrigerator, a sink and a complete compliment of utensils to make your grilling tasks a breeze. After dinner, sit on the couch and chairs under the porch and enjoy the gas fireplace while you chat with family and friends.
For our Prairie Fire Guests or those guests with valuables that they would prefer to be securely locked up while they are away, we provide a large, 5 ft. (24 gun) safe to store your valuables. The safe is securely bolted to the floor and is concealed in one of the downstairs closets.
